Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant in Lawrenceburg

Not sure what special ingredient the cook put in my Quesadilla, but I was tied to the toilet for 3 hours afterwards. Fast-acting too, I started in the restaurant men’s room and barely made it home for more of the same. Maybe management can do some re-training back in the kitchen. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a cooking error instead of a not-so-funny joke. And yes, I’m no stranger to Mexican food.

I initially judge Mexican restaurant by the chips and salsa. Fiesta Mexicana passed! I ordered the ala carte 3 beef soft tacos. Great price under 6 bucks and a lot more meat than most Mexican places. Staff friendly and kept my water full. What's really cool is they have free trivia game night. They have someone over an intercom asking trivia questions and it's pretty fun. My team was tied for first, but lost in the last question! Try it out, fun times

This is our 5-star go-to, we like another 4-star place in town as well. But this is muy bueno.

The taco salad was very good. Our group from church all enjoyed their meals.

Food was good, service was ok and prices were not bad. For what I have seen in this area this isn't a bad place to visit.

Visiting from West Virginia and the food was FANTASTIC!!! Very tasty and we had AWESOME service!! Also noting from a handicap perspective the only problem was the heavy doors and TRYING to use with a wheelchair. But thanks to a nice patron who opened both doors leaving. Thank you for the excellent service. 😊

Great service with some of the waiters, but odd tasting food. I normally love Mexican food but it tasted different in the worst way.

Great food and service, the atmosphere is good. They have a bar to sit at if you prefer, with a nice assortment of liquor! I enjoy it every time I'm in town.

Husband and I went on a Sunday, early afternoon. Sat at the bar. Owner took our drink order. Good drinks. No coasters were given and due to the slope of the bar top and condensation, my drink slid off. Received another at no cost from the actual bartender that came on duty. However, while we were given menus, chips and salsa, it seemed as though we were imposing. Bartender would leave for 10-15 minutes at a time. We decided not to order anything and left when we finished our drinks.

Early afternoon, was impressed with the crowd for this time of day. Wasn't expecting much , but was surprised how good the food actually taste. Next time I'll have to try the Margarita, sure looked good.

We usually have the fajitas - nice portions and very tasty! We love the salsa! The style of the restaurant is great - very spacious too! Unfortunately, the service is hit or miss - when you get a good server, the whole experience is fantastic! But poor service is never a good thing.

Restaurant is nice, clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and portions were large. I love the American style Mexican restaurants, and this place was good. Plus, they offer military discount.Only complaint was the refried beans tasted slightly scorched, but not enough to send them back.

We had a large party and had called way in advance. They scheduled one server for roughly 35-40 people. The Cheese dip was very very bland and almost watery. Once we received our food, mine had a horrible burnt taste so I was not able to eat it. My daughter ordered a beef burrito that didn’t taste like beef and was horrible. When I went to pay, the girl at the counter asked if everything was good, I told her exactly what I wrote above and she did not offer to get a manager or any other form of help. She simply typed in my order and charged full price. I paid 70 dollars for food that quite honestly I would not have feed a dog. And the main reason that I am putting this on here, is that just now my 11 year old daughter threw up all over her bed due to that burrito, and her first words to me about it was that she knew something was wrong with that burrito. I will never take my family back and would not recommend to anyone else either.

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants. Wait staff is excellent and the food is excellent as well.

Food was great, service was even greater. We have never had a bad experience here. Definitely recommend this to anyone. I attached a copy of our receipt so you can get a general idea of prices, which aren't that bad actually.

Wonderful food. The fajitas are the best. There is enough for a four meals when you order for two. This is perfect for quarantine take out.

My husband, daughter, grands and myself went in for dinner a few nights ago. My husband and daughter's meals were as they should have been. Mine however, was lacking. My family don't like to make an issue of things, I don't either usually. This has bothered me since. I ordered chicken fajitas. They not only were scant with chicken, but also didn't have any green peppers. Lots and lots of onions a few tomatoes and lots of onion's. Service wasn't the worst, but also not the greatest.

DO NOT order take out from this place. You will get home and something will be missing or wrong. I have ordered take out on 2 separate occasions within the last month. One the first occasion I ordered Fajitas for my husband and me to share. Once we get home we realize they didn't give us any tortillas. We literally live 30 mins from the restaurant. I had to run to the nearest dollar store just to get tortillas. I was willing to forgive this and let it go and try them again. Today I ordered the chicken, steak, and shrimp fajitas again. I get all the way home (30 minutes away from the restaurant) only to fine out this time they didn't include the shrimp which I was really looking forward to. I am very disappointed and will not visit this place ever again!
